Sign says opens at 5am, not drive thru only at 5am? Maybe they should get new signs or open on time.
I don't really see the issue. It's usually easier to go through the drive thru. Also for the employees safety it makes sense. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced.
I called 3 times today. Does your phone work?
I think they opened later bc I was at the furniture store next door 9ish I don't think they were opened yet

You can see the bad management everywhere. It's not the employees fault it is the culture at this store. Be willing to speak slow and calm, and double check your orders during ordering and once you receive your items. Two stars for some effort by a few employees during rush hour.

Had a complicated order and confused them and they were still so sweet and fixed my order to my liking. Very patient. Wonderful service. Would definitely recommend.

WOW. JUST....WOW. Whatever person they have on the sandwich station needs a raise because he did a TOP NOTCH SUPERB JOB on my croissant sandwich. It was DELICIOUS!Not to mention,the beautiful young lady with brown curly hair in drive thru was SUPER perky and bubbly and honestly,made my day (and my coffee) so much better. WOW. JUST..WOW,Dunkin. You never cease to amaze me. I will return again.

Well, my friend and i came through the drive they at approximately 6:30 pm and we got a mocha ice coffee with sugar and a caramel ice coffee with cream and sugar and it was disgusting. it tasted like they put the whole damn sugar box in it. and we ended up throwing it out the window because it was so nasty. i will never come again

Very busy location and usually a long line. Ran out of the frozen chocolate drink. Donuts are usually melty. Service is always decent.

The manager said hello to us as soon as we walked in.. It was fast and everything tasted great! I was a little hesitate to go there because of the bad reviews ,but it seems like they are finally getting it together.

Rude!! I go here frequently, but this morning i had bad service. I ordered 2 donuts and 2 hash browns. One donut had very little icing so i asked for a different one. The lady pulled the tray out for me to pick one, put it in the bag and then threw the bag at me!Then made me wait 10 more minutes for soggy, cold hash browns as a punishment. I asked nicely for a different donut and was treated so so rudely. I won't say the employees name.

Why is it that every Dunkin Donuts I go to is severely under staffed?? Stood at the register for 10 minutes before being acknowledged because there's only 2 employees and a drive through line around the building............

The cashier was nice , other than that this had been the WORST DUNKIN I’ve ever been to.The coffee was cold the first time...And the Second time they forgot to add sugar.I sent it back and just got a vanilla latte and it ended up being cold again.I don’t understand how a coffee place would manage to give their customers cold coffee.Never going to get my coffee from here again.

On my day off, I went to DD to try an iced coffee and a Kit Kat Coolatta. I also had a soft and delicious $2 egg&cheese wrap thingy. I was there so long that when i got up to use the bathroom, an employee said, "Oh! You're back?!" and I mumbled, "Uh...no. I never left..."

LAANTHONY was so nice. They were very busy, so the donuts were a little depleted and he apologized for that. Not necessary, but thoughtful. My coffee was too sweet and he offered to make another. I asked for just some coffee to cut it and he poured me some espresso he had left over. It was just right. Thank you.

Drive thru was a bit slower than normal. Cashier had to make 2 trips all the way to the inside counter to run my card and back to get receipt that she didn't bring to the window the first time. Which was really weird...

Frozen hot chocolate, yummy. Wish this location kept their donuts stocked. It was 4:45 or so and they were already out of 4 different donuts we asked for.

I rate this establishment at 4/5 stars. This picture is of the “Wake-Up Wrap- Bacon, egg and cheese” option. While their coffee is ALWAYS on point. I don’t think I’ll be ordering food items from them again because this was very poorly put together. I’m not sure if this is the standard wrap or if I got unlucky but I was not impressed with my tortilla and side of bacon, egg and partially melted cheese.

Some staff members could be nicer, other are super great and polite. Food is decent. Manager needs to make sure staff changes gloves between handling food and other items. I stop going there because of this reason.

Well I dont normally do Dunkin but I figured I would change. Mistake....the customer service was horrible.the cashier at the drive-thru dropped my money...it blew past my vehicle and she made no effort to retrieve it. Umber two....my stale muffin was thrown in the bag without one napkin...the coffee was on point...but otherwise it was TERRIBLE.

This location has THE WORST customer service. Not only do they mock customers but they don't know their own menu. The manager Kii was extremely rude and many times I've gone to this location they tell you to "hush" and you wait forever to order drive-through even when there are NO cars! HORRIBLE and I will never go back. Submitted an official complaint with the Dunkin' today also.

Waited in the line up front to place an order. the woman taking my order had a non-paying customer, probably her boyfriend, come in while I was placing my order. She wasn't even listening to me. Then proceeded to ask him what he wanted to eat. Made it for him, of course he didn't pay for it. Then left me standing there while she walked out after I paid, not telling the other people I ordered a coffee apparently. So I'm left standing there waiting for about 10 minutes. I will never come back to this place and will be filing a complaint with corporate. There is NO REASON why a paying customer should be treated this way, so a non-paying friend can be catered to instead. This group of employees really needs some education regarding professionalism and customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.

Don't order a sandwich if you are looking for "fast". The chicken croissant was ok, the "not sausage" biscuit was kind of weird, donuts were good. Tiny parking lot and hard to maneuver a truck in/out.

Pretty bad when an employee is camped in the restroom for at least 20 min. Then when he finally comes out, the toilet wasn't even flushed. Makes me wonder if he washed his hands......

I usually have okay service at this location but today I was pretty disappointed :( I asked for a multigrain bagel, toasted, with cream cheese on the side.... I received what seems to be a multigrain bagel, burnt, with cream cheese NOT on the side. Where is the attention to detail!?! I arrived all the way to work and couldn’t even eat it. :( Please do better for the next customer...
